Hi All,
This might not be an original question. But, Could someone recommend an online LLC filling company for California.
A company that you have actually used and happy with.
This is the only 2 that I know of

While there are businesses out there who offer this type of service, you still need to check with the appropriate department of your state government that handles business registrations for rules, regulations and requirements. In the end, you are fully responsible for the whole process regardless of what another company offers.
Beware of any company that claims the process can be completed '100% online.' I don't know of any states that offer online business incorporation or registration (beyond the basic DBA, etc. filings). Most states require a written signature on file for verification purposes. I know of some states that will actually scan and attempt to verify your signature.
Just be cautious and responsible. The end result will be your business, so make sure it truly represents you :)

I agree with AutomateHost, file the LLC from your state's website. It's usually cheaper to file it with the State's department instead of going thru a provider, and the filings are not that hard to figure out.

Exactly. In most cases all you need to file is a simple one page form along with the filing fee. It's really not that big of a deal to get started. Even corporations are easy to setup -- just file the articles (again, usually one page) and pay the filing and registration fee (depending on how much stock, if any, you issue).
Not sure exactly how the LLC process works, but I'm sure it's very similar.
Good luck :)

What about international incorporations? Im about to incorporate my offshore company in the state of delaware (for me - tax heaven)
Since Im from Europe, I would like to hear from someone that has already incorporated a LLC in the state of Delaware over internet.
Please reffer the company that has done the paperwork for you over net and you have your Registred Agent with. Are they good, and so one..
PS: Is it possible that some might not be good? I mean, they dont have do really do anything else than main birokracy and stuff, so what could go wrong? Is there a big difference between those companies, or its not really that important who i "use"?
experiences please..
Recomendations wanted!

Tim, a whois on you seems to indicate that you're in CA, thus I'd suggest you do it yourself as well. You don't need an agent in CA (possibly one reason you'd use such a service) or anything special for an LLC.

This is the forum you'll need (as you will see it is pretty basic):

Thanks everyone. Chicken, If I were to do the paper by myself.
Do I also need to find an agent? Is LLC less paper work than a S-Corp?
Tim.

If you file in CA, you wouldn't need an agent. LLC seems to be less paper work, though before stepping into this area, you'll want to consult a C.P.A. to be sure that this is the right thing for you at this point.
