Uptime and support are excellent, the fact that I'm still with them after several months is testament to that. Regarding power of servers, my uk account is on a 4cpu server, my US account 16 cpus. They have added a couple more UK severs since I joinned, so i'm not sure of their configuration, but I'm sure Dan would help if you send him a PM or email.
