Network:
All our racks are equipped with 10/100 Managed Switches which are then connected to the main Cisco Routers.

All servers are one switch hop to the main Routers.

For colocation clients, we have a soft limit to 10mbps for security reasons.
When
the traffic starts exceeding 5mbps, we confirm the traffic before extending it
to 100mbps.

Backup Power:
Diesel Generators for an indefinate power supply when needed. APC Battery Systems for the intermediate power needed when the generators start
up. Can power the network for 4 hours, but only needs to be utilized for 15-30
seconds.

Staff:
The datacenter itself is manned 24/7. All our technicians can manage the
network remotely and in can be there in 15-20 minutes if emergency physial
access is needed.

Replacements:
We stock certain parts such as harddrives, memory, and lan cards at all times.
However we can get parts locally as well as over the internet in case something
fails. If this happens, we can provide contingency systems for a cost so that
you're services aren't down during this time.

8 ips are included for both managed/unmanaged. The fees you see listed are the only fees. They can be negotiated if need be ( more ram/harddrive/bandwidth). We charge customers no hidden fees without first consulting them. We are a strong believer in WYSIWYG. Most dedicated customers are 100 setup/100 a month or on year contracts so they can get a 3 percent discout and no setup. Please direct all questions to CDXSolutions on aim.
