I want to rent Dedicated Servers to start my own hosting business, and I am searching the dedicated server providers who can provide the following service:

1. I can have my own DNS server, such as ns1.mydomain.com, ns2.mydomain.com.
2. CPanel and WHM

If you are starting and don't already have a lot (and I mean a lot) of clients, maybe you should get a reseller account first and then move up to a dedicated box.

You could go with just about any provider and meet those requirements.
