Hello, I think there are some company that offer AIM support, but have you ever ignored by them?

I will not specify the company name, but today, I had some connection problem so I sent a message by AIM, and got response. But when I asked about further questions, they gave me no response. Only thing I received is something like "hello".

I should think that they are busy?
