I found these issues when testing in Safari, I am using the beta included with Mac OS X Snow Leopard.

1) Search box doesn't include label, this could be done in similar way to your username and password boxes.
2) Login button lacks a alt text on the image. I personally would change the image as well as it seems a bit large and text would look nicer in white
3) Featured box isnt lined up properly with content box. Also the featured box implies its featured content when in fact its a advert.
4) Bar at bottom would look better if it spanned the width of the page.

I've got the same with Firefox on Ubuntu Linux 9.04

The search box has a rectangle box in the center of it, sort of screwing up the rounded image look in IE8.

Fix all of the W3 validation errors (currently 155 on the front page).
