I have a question on hosting. I plan on becoming a hosting reseller so that I can host websites that I have created for my clients and resell them hosting. I have been doing extensive research in finding the best possible hosting company. I have a list of the requirements I am looking for and I have found some hosting companies that match most of the criteria. The only problem is I am not sure how stable these companies are. Here are the criteria:

-must allow unlimited multiple domain hosting
(not package reselling where I purchase a plan at 25% less and then resell it)
-unlimited POP accounts
-unlimited FTP accounts
-unlimited MySQL accounts
-obviously 99.9% uptime
-offer at least 750mb of space and 10 Gb of traffic
-control panel to manage the domains
-PHP and Perl support
- CGI capabilities
-ability for E-commerce (shopping cart) and SSL
-MySQL management tool
-Web Statistics tool
-password protected directories
-under $50/month charge (preferably between $20-$40)

Here isa small list of some of the companies I have found, but I would like to know wether they're legit or just a fly by night hosting company?:

venturesonline.com
aitcom.net
freestylehosting.com
hostexpress.com

I've eliminated alot of others. If any one has suggestions or comments, I'd appreciate it alot. Thank You

venturesonline.com
aitcom.net
freestylehosting.com
hostexpress.com

I would say that you've missed a lot of very reputable companies off that list:

httpme.com
splashhost.com
voxtreme.com

to name but a few.....

try putting an ad up in the 'requests' part of the site- maybe other hosts can help you out.
