I was told be a friend of mine who runs a web hosting company that this would be a good place for an ISP to make some friends.

I'm looking to learn more about web hosting, find business partners to share leads with and hopefully even find some business.

I just wanted to introduce myself and my company Intelletrace.

I would love to hear what you think of ISP's.

What aspects of them you like and what things could be better.

It sounds like your first port of call should be the Web Hosting Forum (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1), which is home to most of the discussion about web hosts, web hosting (as a vendor) and ISPs.
