You can purchase domain privacy from your registrar. Name.com and ResellerClub resellers offer this free of charge.

GoDaddy offers this I believe (not sure whether charged or free). Most registrars will offer Privacy Protect.

Yes it is, but you have to pay extra for it.

Some domain registrars offer it for free ;)

Domain privacy is a basic registrar facility but mostly it is served as add-on feature.

The registrar will provide a option as an ID-protection for your Domain privacy.This feature will make that happen.
