I purchased an owned license of Kayako a few years. Have any of your moved away from it? If so, what did you move to and how painful was the migration?

Kayako 2.3.1 FTW!

My work still uses it.

Billing - WHMCS (owned/non-branded)
Help Desk - eSupport (owned/branded)
Live Chat - LiveZilla (free)

Simply the perfect fit. Considering upgrading to SupportSuite and get that Live Chat too.

Since we integrate WHMCS and eSupport, that brand-able line from eSupport as far as I can remember does not appear in WHMCS :)

We been using Kayako for sometime, but recently switch to Livezilla. Livezilla seem to have all the functions we need that is in Kayako.

I want to know the main features that Kayako offer.

I have listened about this software and seems to be good.

I've incorporated Kayako into several websites and have worked with them since the very beginning. I can see room for growth, but I would never leave.

PS: WHT also used them (http://helpdesk.webhostingtalk.com/)

kayako...it's tried and tested and works great. Isn't that what really matters.

WHT's old but everyone still uses it. :)
