I purchased an owned license of Kayako a few years. Have any of your moved away from it? If so, what did you move to and how painful was the migration?

FazeWire 08-18-2009, 12:45 AM We just started using Kayako about a month ago, and it has been great. v4 looks really promising. Wulex 08-18-2009, 01:18 AM Yeah, lots of huge companies uses Kayako, it has enormous amount of features. M Bacon 08-18-2009, 01:58 AM I would use livezilla and Trellis Desk. Even if its free.;) InfiniteTech 08-18-2009, 02:28 AM Billing - WHMCS (owned/non-branded) Help Desk - eSupport (owned/branded) Live Chat - LiveZilla (free) Simply the perfect fit. Considering upgrading to SupportSuite and get that Live Chat too. Since we integrate WHMCS and eSupport, that brand-able line from eSupport as far as I can remember does not appear in WHMCS :) inspiron 08-18-2009, 10:26 AM We are using kayako helpdesk since 2 years its working great for us. Hostlatte 08-18-2009, 12:37 PM We been using Kayako for sometime, but recently switch to Livezilla. Livezilla seem to have all the functions we need that is in Kayako. empresasdehosting 08-19-2009, 08:23 AM I tried Vision helpdesk ...is a mess....really, how can you compare this script with kayako ? are you the script developer ? :) empresasdehosting 08-19-2009, 08:42 AM the design is very poor, every task you do, you have to wait and see the loading screen...dont like it...sorry... bdnero 08-19-2009, 09:19 AM Vision Help Desk looks promising. I must give it a try. inspiron 08-19-2009, 09:27 AM It's like I am using pentium3 and it works great :D would not you like to switch to higher than that ever? We are very much satisfied with that upto now. skullbox 08-19-2009, 01:01 PM Thanks for all the input everyone. I will have to check out vision boyhermes 08-19-2009, 09:43 PM I want to know the main features that Kayako offer. I have listened about this software and seems to be good. Geek3 08-19-2009, 09:47 PM I've incorporated Kayako into several websites and have worked with them since the very beginning. I can see room for growth, but I would never leave. PS: WHT also used them (http://helpdesk.webhostingtalk.com/) Outlaw Web Master 08-19-2009, 11:17 PM kayako...it's tried and tested and works great. Isn't that what really matters. WHT's old but everyone still uses it. :) owm |
