Just thought I'd share my experince with LiquidWeb. I have been with them for about a year now and have had very little problems up until lately. Recently I had my account suspended due to a resource problem with the php+mysql on site. How they handled it I didn't so much like but could understand. When my account was suspended I was informed by a fellow worked for the site and it was quite a rude awaking(I had been asleep). I immediatly contacted them and they informed me as to why, it would have been nice to get an email telling me that this was accuring, but no such email came. When I had problems in the past they were normally quick to fix it and the only ongoing problem I had was with email, though I found a work around for which was connecting to the site in my browser then retryng to send email. This worked everytime so it wasn't a big deal. I have since found a new host(resellerspace.net) and Nathan the person at resellerspace.net is transfering all data to his server where the site will be hosted. He has been in constant contact with me and told me that for the transfer to go quicker he would need more space on the liquidweb server. I called liquidweb and informed them of this. They quickly uped my storage space as to allow nathan more room.
Over all I can not say I have had a bad experince with liquidweb, though some things could have been done a bit differently it was a pleasent relationship. Take what you wish of this story and hope it helps in your decisions for hosting in the future. I will post a review on resellerspace.net once I have been with them for a few months. But so far things are looking good.
