Whats the best vps panel for offering vps hosting?

HyperVM was what everyone thought as the "best" panel, however sadly fell apart when the owner passed away. Currently we use VePortal, and have had no problems. However many have moved on, as HyperVM was gone for quite a while. Now its back, I guess newer hosts may use it but for those who have already moved on will not see much of a reason to go back (if they already have a new panel).
