Hi,
I'm bought an owned licence from WHMCS recently, everything works OK, only one thing, which is when importing from WHM accounts.
I readed the whole readme file about importing, I've created all packages of WHM on my WHMCS and tried to import clients, but no error, and no clients, and my server contain 88 clients.
How i can fix this please could anyone help me ?:confused:

Check your connection between the WHM and WHMCS server. I think port 80 and 2086/2087 is required. Not too sure if SSH is needed... been a long time since I have used that utility.
Your username/password and cPanel's API hash is all correct. Double check that.

Make sure the package names are EXACTLY same as that you have in WHM
Upper case lower case does matter.

Check System Activity Log under Utilities tab.
And about WHMCS support, I must say it's good. You should allow them around 12 hours for a reply, due to time zones difference.
But once they reply they are really helpful. They even helped us to debug a problem that was caused by a customization we did and not by their software. And they didn't want to accept payment for this incident, saying that support is included :).
