Hope someone can help me out. I have been using CPanel for quite a while and now that new CPanel 5 is installed, I would like to know how to change and customize the Cpanel Themes and put up my company logo by replacing the CPanel logo to show up on all my clients' control panel. I asked a couple of places and I got replies like "You can create a new theme, tar up the files and upload to your account" How do I do that and since I am new to this how do I tarball it? What is a tarball? I just need to change the Cpanel Logo to my logo.
Any advices would be appretiated.
Thanks

Are you a reseller? Or do you own the server?
If you are a reseller you need to ask your Admin for a copy of the theme you want to edit (Zip File)
Edit what you want in EVERY SINGLE page (Use an HTML Editor or something)
Then zip it back up and send it off to your Admin and ask him to call it a name.
Then go into your WHM control panel and select the theme that you made. Thats it :)
If you are a server admin meaning you own the server, if you don't know what a tarball is, then I am sorry to say you shouldn't run a server.
Never the less. A tarball is basically a zip file. Tar is a function in the OS, its just like Zip in windows.
If you need any help, post this at the Cpanel Forums, (Thats why they are there)
Thanks
