Yes I also agree you need to offer payment in cash. You are much more likely to come away with a nice looking design.

In the real word.. umm maybe 3-4 hundred... Here at WHT.. 20 bucks tops.. lol.. I suggest you redo you inital offer an explain that you are looking for just a template and not a whole site you should get a better response.. any maybe up the bandwidth a little.

Ummmm, well ah, if you have the resources and about an hour of extra time, you could esaily emulate that site with little to no stress at all.
However, like everyone else, it could be done for about $200 easy, template that is, full site, bit higher.
