We are currently offering a little deal for someone in need a of a V3 License (upgrade available to V4, you would have to pay me to upgrade).
WHMCS V3 Owned License No Branding: $250 OBO
I paid $324 for the license. Everything is legit. I can provide screen shots if needed. Any other validation you may need i can provide.
*This is available to members of WHT only.
*No Branding

If I recall correctly WHMCS won't permit the transfer of the license to someone else until the support is current on the license.
WHT won't permit a non-transferable license to be sold either.

If the license was not purchased directly from WHMCS.com (ex: LicensePal) or the support has expired on it then it is considered non-transferable.
