I am trying to find a DC (Telstra or whatever) that is yet to understand what the hell DATA TRANSFER INCLUDED EACH MONTH means :bawling:

I wouldnt trust Telstra as far as i can throw them (Which isnt far!!) Mainly because of the phone line i received from them :(

There are many non us hosts here... such as www.httpme.com, cant think of any others.

my current host (www.php4hosting.co.uk) has a network in the UK as well as one in the US (I only use the US one)
