Looking for webhost suggestions from actual users of webhosts (not resellers) offering shared web space. I don't need dedicated hosting and pls, no "I heard xxx host is good" :)

Require:
Low (not free webspace low) disk space and bandwidth reqts.
PHP 4.2.x.
MySQL is not needed initially but should be available in a higher cost plan or as an optional extra. PostgreSQL would be better but that excludes many webhosts :(
US based but expect traffic from US, Europe & Asia.

I won't consider any webhost that doesn't provide full contact details i.e. a full mailing address (not a P.O. Box) and tel no.'s (not toll free only). Director/senior staff info. on their site would be nice.

Also I'm NOT interested in the following webhosts (sorry but don't bother asking me why):

Try pair Networks (pair.com). I have 2 different accounts there. Their forums are via news server. They have some good support resources posted at their web pages. This month I believe they have triple discounting for 3 6 or 12 month payment plans (the highest I have ever seen).
