Hi, I have a cellphone with Android (htc magic) and I would like to know if there is a widget to monitor the new tickets in Kayako. If not, it would be difficult to create one?

It doesn't look like there is anything for the Android platform at this time; the only released applications work on iPhone/BlackBerry/Windows Mobile devices.
