FDC - we were working with a tech to get our server back online (they stopped using cpanel) and once we got our new bought.. fdc said there was a problem with the kernal when they were resetting the root password. They were supposed to add a hard drive to the server as the pirmary one and put our old one as a secondary one but that was hours ago and they stopped responding to me emails... where did you guys go from support..
