I don't remember Parallels having 400 domains license. IIRC, there are only 10, 30, 100 and unlimited. But partners are not allowed to sell the 10 domain licenses for additional fee. It should be bundled along with the server it will be used on. 100 and Unlimted domains is the standard license everyone knows about. They stopped the 30 domain license like a year ago, I think.
