I have got 2checkout account.

I am trying to setup some features. I didn't find anywhere to upload my footer and header. Can anyone tell me whre I can download?

also, How could I make take the money from the account on specific date. For example if a client order account 10 of november how could I take the money dec 10.

I checked and find any option.

For the billing just setup your payment link so it bills once every month you will see the option when you click on add recurring product. as far as the footer and header once you logon to your admin panel click on Account Details and then Custom and you will see the option to upload your foot/header.

For custom header and footer:
Account Detals >> Custom

Money is paid out twice per month for new merchants. Once you've been around for a while more options become available.
