The way their site is designed, we want a system just like this so we can add articles to it, and audio lectures.

This site uses a program called vbulletin from vbulletin.com. I dont really understand how you plan to use this type of site for articles.

If you post a more detailed post on what you need done, people could post or send you quotations.
