Hello,

I need to stop a single site within an account (Windows Server).

I've found how to suspend a full account, but I need to stop just a single site within an account.

Any hint?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Glauco,

I'm not sure, but probably if you log under that account and choose DOMAIN INFO>DOMAIN SETTINGS for that single site, it shows up the EDIT DOMAIN frame where you can turn off web and mail service.

Is it a reseller account or a shared account? The only way to suspend one site that is under a shared account is to suspend the whole account. If it were under a reseller account then it would be easy.

I have a reseller account, but the site is in a shared account.

I logged in as the shared account owner then:

- click on "more domains"
- click on "Edit"
- beside "Web Service" there is a "On" button, but you don't have to turn it "Off" (it warns that all site data would be deleted in such case)
- click on the "Edit" button beside the "On" button
- then go to the Settings area and click on the "Stopped" radio button for the "Service Status" option
