I had not read that, and it is pretty good. In particular they selected about 25 designs, and these are great.

Good article. I've frequently used the book "Don't Make Me Think" by Steve Krug. Usability testing is a nice reality check for artistic websites that don't follow along with the expected content placement (such as navigation and company logo and hover actions). Let me shorten that comment and restate: usability testing is a good reality check for web designers.
