There are some places out there that accept PayPal: e.g. registerfly.com and domainitron.com. Hope this helps.

i dont have Paypal.

Signing up for a PayPal account is free and allows you to pay directly from your bank account withOUT a credit card. Although there are quite some negative comments about them (which I have no objection), PayPal is still the only vehicle for many small businesses and perhaps people who don't have a credit card to engage in on-line transactions.

Frankly, if you can't even do a PayPal, others will start to doubt ...

well i cant use it ,

I'm from Ireland and Paypal doesnt let Irish Bank accounts register the paypal account, so i cant take money out of the paypal account into my normal bank account so i dont use them,

theres no point in useing them cos i cant clam the money if anyone sent me some,and i cant pay out with it ,

Just a FYI for all you Americans who think paypal is awesome.... even here in Canada they require a credit card to activate your account. While they let me deposit payment to my bank account, I can only add funds to paypal with a credit card.
