View Full Version : Post counts not updating?

About 6 months ago, I signed up with WHT and posted a question. Thread number 759419. I was getting replies as well as some people contacting me in PM (or was it from Get A Quote feature?).

Now, for some reason, I have no PM access nor any post count. The username used is the same. Just not sure why it's not updating for this time. I kind of remember having to sign up a second time. Still I was able to use the same username. Was this causing me the problem?

Thanks for the help.

Accounts that were created between Oct. 2008 and March 2009 needed to be recreated after database issues. You recreated yours after we restored threads from that time period to the forum, so they aren't connected to your username now. Now that you've brought that to our attention, we'll get them reconnected. :)

Now, for some reason, I have no PM access nor any post count.
You have PM access again now. :look:

Your post count is currently 1 because your post in this thread is your only one since recreating your account that's in a forum where posts are counted. After your past posts are reconnected to your account, your post count will increase.

Thanks for the help.
You're welcome.

Posts aren't counted in Web Hosting Tutorials (or any tutorials forum). Your post in here is counted though, so congratulations - your post count is now 1!
