I need a CMS system for HostCompare.com... I have a foundation to work with, but its quite simple and not fully finished. If someone could work with me on improving and adding features to the current CMS' structure I will provide them with highly extensive promotion on HostCompare.com for their work.

I'm not sure, but it seems you may be in the wrong forum. If you're looking for a trade of some sort, I believe that would go in the Job Offers section. Would assume you would have better luck there as well.
