Providers or datacenters? Most datacenters won't provide you with a single server or deal with anything that small, so support doesn't really fit into the equation...

specifically are you looking for somewhere to colocate your own equipemtn, or a dedicated server type solution?

I would recommend you to host with Boxnix, at www.boxnix.com they are using Internap + NAC there. Or you can contact Felix220 on this board.

If you are looking for a datacenter to house your own equipment I strongly recommend going with a carrier neutral facility.

It is foolish to go with a provider that only has connectivity to one network. Every provider has issues that come up no matter how perfect they claim they are.

In a neutral facility you only lease space. You can negotiate with the providers that are already present at that facility or bring in additional connectivity as you see fit. You can often get better pricing since carriers must bid against each other for your business. They also have to work harder to keep you as you can easily dump one for the other.

Basically, never put your eggs into one basket - this is simple common sense.

Check out colosource.com. They have listings.
