Akash 11-11-2002, 02:51 AM keep your hands above your waist? :D sorry..that one just called for it ChickenSteak 11-11-2002, 02:53 AM ;) That's not why I dunno maybe I eat to much at my computer.:D Kaumil 11-11-2002, 03:01 AM Is it the microsoft optical? ChickenSteak 11-11-2002, 03:02 AM logitech Kaumil 11-11-2002, 03:05 AM Know nothing about em'. Sorry :( If there are screws, try opening up the mouse and cleaning it. Dust sucks! ChickenSteak 11-11-2002, 03:15 AM ;o) There are screws but the last time I took that advice I ended up breaking it totaly hence i've gone through two now :D. XcaliburWS 11-11-2002, 03:35 AM my logitech optical mouse works fine ;) bear 11-11-2002, 07:59 AM Mine works great. Found them at Wal*Mart for like $19..so I got a few, just in case. Darth 11-11-2002, 08:11 AM Buy a decent one!!!! ;) net-trend 11-11-2002, 08:16 AM Logitech mice are of good quality! :) Got the 1st generation optical with me, still works fine till today! :) progex 11-11-2002, 09:02 AM Which Logitech mouse is it? I'm current using the Logitech Dual Optical Mouse, and I'm hoping it doesn't fail for me. Btw, I believe it's Microsoft's mouses that are of poor quality. ;) CDHost 11-11-2002, 09:36 AM Doesn't it have a warranty? Send it back to Logitech for warranty work... Darth 11-11-2002, 09:53 AM Microsoft is poor quality. :D richy 11-11-2002, 09:57 AM heh, i have a ms optical that a use with the laptop when i want more control. it works great and has yet to fail me. not bad for a cheapo 20 pound effort. Tazzman 11-11-2002, 12:20 PM Btw, I believe it's Microsoft's mouses that are of poor quality.I have an early MS Intellimouse Optical (I'd say about 2 years old). It's still going strong, never had any problems. This is probably the first mouse I've been able to keep alive for over a year. Chicken 11-11-2002, 01:42 PM I have one of the $10 or less ones, they have them on sale from time to time. Works great. IMHO, I'd go for one of those as the more expensive ones don't do anythign more than this one does. ATST 11-11-2002, 01:46 PM I'm with Chicken on this. I just bought a optical mouse with scroll wheel for our new PC, and paid $8 for it. Heck if it takes a dump, I can buy 5 more for what one MS or Logtech cost. Aussie Bob 11-11-2002, 01:47 PM I use a Mini mouse from Swann - http://www.swann.com.au/products/usb/og_mini/og_mini.htm It's a small mouse and my hand doesn't get cramped like it used to on the full size mouses. ChickenSteak 11-11-2002, 04:48 PM This mouse was $45.00. I barely keep any reciepts so waranty idea is down the drain, and it would take to long for them to replace it. I'll, probably end up buying a million cheapies and just have them in stock in my house :D. bear 11-11-2002, 05:02 PM Which Logitech cost you $45? I've seen the cordless opticals for that much, maybe... <edit>Never mind...just found a few. Fancy. ChickenSteak 11-11-2002, 05:04 PM All it says on the mouse is logitech no certain type but it's wireless, optical, etc at the time I got em they were $45.00 don't know about now. |
