Well RS is having the deal where for $19 they will install it on a server. So my question is is it worth it. What does it give me as an admin that webalizer does not?

For $19, it's worth it for sure ( check out the retail price on www.urchin.com ). You should check out the demo on urchin.com - I really like it :)
