My requirments are 800Mb to 1Gb of web space and 25-30Gb bandwidth a month for $7 (which for me makes $14AUS). Needing to host mpegs, shareware/freeware software. Also a good control panel. Any takers.

Try in the requests forum - but I wouldnt take hosting from anyone who gives you what you want for $7.
