My HTTPD isn't serving any pages, the port is open but it isn't serving any pages.

I've restarted HTTPD numerous times but it reports no errors and doesn't fix the problem.

These are the errors found in my httpd error log:

[Sun Nov 10 14:13:44 2002] [notice] caught SIGTERM, shutting down
[Sun Nov 10 14:13:48 2002] [crit] (98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to port 80
[Sun Nov 10 16:57:48 2002] [crit] (98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to port 80
[Sun Nov 10 17:01:06 2002] [crit] (98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to port 80

try to restart the whole server.

If it fails, then it is a more complex issue, like a firewall capturing this port.
