I went to the links you provided but the forum does not support account registration for job seekers and employer its free styler job board, like any one can simple come and post and run away but what i am looking for is the following.

Job Seeker:
They should register their self in order to apply for job and than they can update their resume etc including see stats for how many jobs he applied for etc etc.


Employer:

They should register their self in order to post job and than see stats of who applied for the specific job and manage/discuss things within board or direct email etc.


I know there is one http://www.webscribble.com/products/webjobs/ which fits for my requirements but they need $$$ and i am currently broke cant afford that so now i am more looking for free app than paid.


Any Suggestion?

I am not aware of any ready-made application but you can definitely build something with Drupal (http://drupal.org) or Joomla (http://www.joomla.org) with some add-ons (extensions)
