Has anyone had any experience with www.jiffynet.net?

I'm trying to cancel an account with them but they keep taking money instead.

How will people telling you their experiences with JiffyNet help you get your money back? I guess the only reason I can think of is you are looking to see if other people have had these problems.

Thanks for responding. I should have explained that I wasn't happy with their service due to too much downtime so I was curious as to whether others had similar experiences either with the downtime and or cancellation problems.

haha you find out now jiffy is a crap server?
first time i put a phpBB forum in, 5US/month plan, first time they said they can run any forum

so i go and install my forum.... within 10 days, server down 5 times or more

and then within 20 days, they deleted my account with no refund!
and saying my phpBB forum making the apache failure..
so i was thinking....jiffy told me i can install any phpBB forum...and now...they deleted me???

so therefore..they are REAL BAD!

I guess I can kiss off the refund, it doesn't amount to anything anyway but I guess I'm going to have to get my bank to stop them from taking any more money.:angry:

that sound's like the best plan if they will not quit charging you.
