US Merchant Systems has signed up over 50,000 merchant over the last 10+ years. While it is true, there are a handful of complaints, but there are two sides to every complaint.

If you look at the % of complaints and divide them into the number of merchants signed on to the system, the ratio is well below one half of 1 percent.

You might want to check out the other top 100 merchant services providers and check out there complaints to signed up merchants ratios and let the board know what your investigations show.
