US Merchant Systems Inc has had 40 complaints. 6 were closed as Resolved. 20 were closed as Assumed Resolved. 4 were closed as Unresolved. 9 were closed as Reasonably Explained to the Bureau's Satisfaction.1 was closed as No Response.... The company has generated complaints from its customers expressing dissatisfaction with its services and customer support and often demanding cancellation of contracts. U.S. Merchant Systems responds to complaints brought to its attention by the Bureau, but not all complainants are satisified with the response. While it is true, there are a handful of complaints, but there are two sides to every complaint. If you look at the % of complaints and divide them into the number of merchants signed on to the system, the ratio is well below one half of 1 percent. You might want to check out the other top 100 merchant services providers and check out there complaints to signed up merchants ratios and let the board know what your investigations show. As for payQuake, it is the sole provider of the patent pending merchant controlled Dynamic Merchant Pricing Technology. No more silly up front and monthly processing fees. Heck, merchants are'nt sure if and when they will do enough business to justify paying all of the crazy fees that are currently charged by all merchant services providers. With payQuake you the merchant decide what and how much you want to pay each AND every month for your merchant processing and secure payment gateway services. Isn't it about time that the merchant was in control!! They are a breath of fresh air compared to all the expensive "one size fits all" merchant processing plans that are out there today!! |
