can someone recommend a web host in Europe,
i need someone to count on.
i am currently with one2one.com, i am warmly suggesting to RUN AWAY from such a company.
no support(yes support, no results) down time far away from 90%
etc.
i have no special needs, just someone to count on

reason why, because rackhack are reliable and are large + they offer quality support which is all the things your probably looking for, they are a little more expensive but $ = quality.

Well I would say the best thing to do would be to figure out exactly how much space/bandwidth you need then go to the Hosting Request Forum and request what you are looking for. After you get your choices down to 2 or 3 that you really like test out there support system by sending a few emails to their support@ and see what type of response time you get. I can see that the main thing you are looking for is support so maybe you could do this over a week or two just asking questions and exchanging emails that way you get a feel of exactly what you can expect and dont end up having to come back here in a month asking for the same thing.
