Hi,

I currently have an account at Tera-byte, with 20gb a month. My site grow big, and 20gb a month is really too low now. I need at least 40, or maybe 50. I want to get an deticated server at 4webhosting.com, a RAQ3, but they are sold out and i will have to wait untill they have new ones.
Meanwhile, i have to pay $5 for every gig bandwith at tera. I think thats a bit too much...thats about $15 a day!
Now i was wondering if any of you know a cheaper host, where i can store my images only, so i can hotlink them from my tera-acount until i got my raq3.
About $2 would be fine...
I have to be able to sign up for a month, and then cancel it. So i pay for 1 monht, not more. Not that i have to take the account for a year or something.....
The host doesnt have to support php, asp, etc. just cheap bandwith, also i only need about 10mb webspace.

I've already read a lot of posts on this board, but 99% of them are about deticated servers with cheap bandwith :/

Why don't you get a second account at Tera-byte? Do they have a rule that says you can't? Their front page says 20 gigs of transfer for $9.25/month, that's a heck of a lot cheaper than $15/day.

I've been thinking about that, but you do you think that they will allow me to do that?
They earn much more if they let me pay the $5/gig..

My suggestion would be to contact them and just ask...If you are waiting on a dedicated from them, I would think they would do it...a second acct.?
That would be worth a try and all they could do would be to say "no" if they cant do it.

You could upgrade your account to 40GB a month on tera-byte. It should be enough for your growth at least for a few months.

By the way, why not get a RAQ dedicated from 4webspace.com??? same people same NOC.

Im gonna get 2x20gig, thats even cheaper then 1x40
