Monte, if you do a seach for TotallyHosted, you'll see posts about how Totally Hosted have taken things without paying for them etc, so who in their right mind would want to spend money buying a business that won't see them profit for at least two years, especially when there's nothing there that's worth 7-8K. Especially when theres all that controversy around :(

I can sell you few of my clients for that price ;)

52 customers @ 268.25 / month = less than 5.16 per client, per month

When you combine that with the cost of your 2 servers ... your in the hole for "almost" what you are asking for the buyout.

I would be interested to buy your clients if you will provide all their information (space/transfer specs and cost of plan breakdown)
