We are looking to sell one of our hosting brands to free up time to pursue other endeavors. The company offers a full spectrum of services, with the following breakdown of ANNUAL revenue:
cPanel Reseller hosting: $239.40
cPanel Shared hosting: $2,016.00
VPS hosting: $684.00
Dedicated Server hosting: $75,542.84
Shoutcast: $360.00
Colocation: $790.00
Domain Registrations: $88.90
Total Annual Revenue: $79,721.14
Although this revenue breakdown is annual, there are only 3customers paying annually at this time. The rest are all monthly accounts.
Also included are two websites with integrated ordering and support systems. Kayako and WHMCS licenses are included. The shared and reseller hosting is running on a colo (Intel Core 2 Duo), which is also included in the sale. A GoDaddy account containing 4 domain names, as well as some customer domains is included.
This is a turn key operation with established customers and systems, including affiliates. Many of the customers have been with the company for 3+ years.
We are looking for 6-7 month's revenues, and not willing to finance the purchase. Please do not ask.
