People should take this warning very seriously. As paulhcctt said, they hold your domain name hostage. And they deliberately and unlawfully extend the registration without your authority. These are the practices that should not be tolerated in this industry. Heart should learn from MegahostUK and treat their customers with respect.

Well they are surely one of the best because they come first when you type in resellers on google , so surely if they weren't any good they wouldn't specialise in it. And again, this in only my opinion.

Having good SEO has nothing to do with how "technologically advanced" they are or how good they are.. It actually indicates & implies nothing at all..

Nobody lists all of the features they provide and some of the best list relatively few simply to make a page readable. A full list of features from even a brand new host provider would be well upwards of 50!

The only credible basis for anyone to comment on HI, other than in the most perfunctory manner, is on actual personal experience. Do you have any? :rolleyes:

Yeah, yeah. Very funny. :D If you stop looking at it you'll be saving trees and find it less taxing on the old grey matter. It's one of many and not even used, let alone finished. ;)

Heart Internet IIRC has a proprietary control panel that mimmicks cPanel. My friend has a reseller there and he was showing me it, it's the most annoying cPanel clone out :O
