I am looking for a professional web designer, over 18 preferred however anyone proper talents will be considered.
I have multiple projects at work that need html done for, however we do not have a onstaff html developer, the first few would be very minor "tryout" type , 1 day at the most jobs for me. These jobs are not for my employeer and will be on a couple sites I am developing on my own, for me to use to judge your talent, Any payment on these will not be great.
If this works out you will work with me on the html side for redeveloping the html interface for a site that I am the lead programmer on, This would be a full paying gig, with monthly work as we roll out diffrent versions of our site and work on providing multiple templates for our users.
The ideal person would not only have html design skills but also some PHP, and Possible Smarty Template system skills to ensure they better understand the integration between the code and the html.

Please only the serious need apply, Wanna-Be's who just bought Dreamweaver last year and work out of there mothers basement need not apply, Im looking for serious people with real skill and imagination only.
