View Full Version : GSPAY.com REVIEW?

Hey all,

Found this forum while searching for GSPAY.com reviews. We've recently applied and were approved by GSPAY and were sent a PDF. I have a few problems with this company, so I hope someone can help me:

1. On this forum, they mention that the minimum payout is USD $2000, while on the PDF they sent it states that the minimum payout is $4000. Does anyone know the actual amount?

2. They also mention that the first settlementS will take 2 weeks instead of 1. Why on earth would this be? Our business will generate A LOT of transactions, and double of this amount may be made within a single day! but we won't be able to pay out of our own pockets for the products and hope to god that we receive the payout in 2 weeks. We'll need to get the money to be able to pay for ads and suppliers! How are we gonna cough up that much money for 14+ days?? Most merchant accounts we worked with did daily settlements. Would GSPAY set up a special account and work with us? Do they do anything of the sort?

3. What happens if the minimum requirement is not met? Incase they don't settle in a timely manner, we can't risk too much money to be lost.

I have called them and left messages. I have sent them a few emails and nothing in response. I even tried adding them on MSN but they are unavailable. Another question would be.. down the line if an emergency occurs, would we be able to contact these people???

Everything seems a bit sketchy, but I'd really like to get to the bottom of this to see if we can move forward with this company.

Thanks,

u4t2t

Also, if anyone has any suggestions for any other type of high-risk merchant account (with higher chargeback allowance rate), please let me know.

thanks,

you have to contact them during their local working time

They state that they offer "24-Hour Customer Service and Support" on their website. And you'd expect thursday, or friday to be business hours anyways.

ok so they never answer the phone!!?? Been trying to call them for 3 days now. Even left messages.

They emailed me back and absolutely ignored all my questions. A vague response that had nothing to do with anything. What a joke.

Stay well away (lol i don't think anyone is using them anyways). Definitely a scam.

Anyway gspay is unable to pay on daily basis, as we use EU banks not USA, which is quite slow on settlements. Actualy we pay with 10 days delay not 14.
For example we will pay tomorow for period 6-12 Jule.

2. Initial payout delay is 2 weeks, then we pay weekly. We have 90% of merchants with tengible merchandise, and there is no problem with it.
3. We have only one delay for 4 days on 2009 year becuase of holidays in country where our banks located.

i am using GSPAY for about 3 month. i dont want to explian more . they are good if you are careful comparsion with others . i have about 30k-40K per month. i say that . cuz i already know gspay also use the same accquire bank like others famous high risk account provide , like chronopay . i just give you one example . they use CPS as their credit card accquiring bank . you may also can contact CPS for a direct merchant. here i post their rate for direct account , then i think you will know how good is gspay! if you need the detail discount rate, i can send you by PM. i dont want to share it public, one more , if you carefully investigate who is CPS . you can go to www.visaeurope.com to find it . you can easy to find it is a "PCI-DDS" compititble IPCI. if you may also go to the other famous holland proccessor , www.chronopay.com . you may find the same interesting thing. they also use LV bank for high risk proccessor. if you need more directly high-risk provider, i can also tell you . but the direct merchant account provider also can not guarantee anything, they are even harsh . dont shout out anyone is bad or not if you dont have enough investigations. i say GSPAY is good cuz i have very large amount of investigations . the risk of gspay is balanced , the payout is fast. the fee is acceptable, the service a little weak. they are not best one ,but they are indeed balanced one .

We uses many banks in Latvia, also in Russia and Germany. We always have backup merchant accounts, thats why our clients dont have any downtime in processing. Anyway we always open to discuss anything how to improve our services.

Hey.
So I have found that I can get my answers faster here than customer support.

Please explain why in the PDF and DB (when logged in) the minimum payout is stated as $4,000 USD. You mentioned the minimum is $2000.

Does something need to be changed?

Other than the Latvian processor, who else would you use for high risk adult and pharmacy for virtual terminal?

Thanks

Actually, GSPAY can accept pharmacy seller. what i mean is GSPAY's accquiring bank is latvia bank , which is actually the same with as well known 3rd party card proccessor. in this piont , i think they are safe and reliable. cuz' there is a very stable cash current , profit. do you find any other reliable proccessor ?

Well gspay dont take controlled pharma or mastercard. We are using a bank in south africa but are capped on volume and need more available to process. We are paying 25% flat rate, but they give us daily payments 2 days back with virtual terminal. Do you know of any other processors that could charge a very high rate to offer daily payments and virtual terminal? We do about 800K monthly between adult and pharma business.

After many months of searching for a reliable high risk merchant account provider, we finally came across GSPay, which seemed the perfect fit for us. We were sick of being declined by providers because we were in a 'high risk' industry, and a new merchant with a solid business plan starting out. We had great faith in GSPay, when they said on their site "We accept and process for almost all legal merchants regardless of their credit rating or risk level."

Today we learn that our application was rejected because we do not have 3 months credit card processing history. We are a new business, so this information is impossible for us. Why would we come to GSPay as a new business if we already had a processor? It is hard enough to find one reliable merchant account provider, let alone 2.

We at our company do not understand this policy of GSPay -- to reject new merchants -- when their very business model is catering for high risk industries. It almost defeats the object.

We are currently asking them to review our application and consider our situation. We will get back to you all on the outcome.

We would be extremely grateful if someone could provide us with details of another offshore processor for pharma.

I started using gspay three months ago and I haven't been paid one dollar yet. The control panel shows two payouts but nothing has been deposited to my bank account.

I've been waiting over a week for a response to my customer support request and have had no reply. For technical issues they had always replied within a day.

I tried calling their phone number and only got an answering machine no matter when I called.

I contacted them via ICQ and the person who answered was only able to pass on a message to their finance department,

which I now suspect consists of one guy, who isn't in any hurry to talk to me.

Is anyone actually being paid by them or are they just a scam?

I'm here due to a web search on them where I saw comments that gspay was owned by the same person who ran other credit

card processing companies that didn't sound like they had very good reputations. So far I've only found scattered

mentions but I'll be doing more searching. This was the only place where there was an actual dialog.

Based on my recent experience and what I've found so far, I'm ready to turn it over to my lawyer.

In the US like other countries around the world there is usually a correspondent bank account for SWIFT for receiving international payments.

One exception is USAA Federal Savings Bank truley a unique banking institution

I left gspay and went to a Belize bank. It takes like 4 weeks to get an account. But they pay on time. Direct mid. Payout is 3-4 days in arrears.
They wouldn't take me direct. I found a broker (Maybe ISO) that hooked me up.
Been there 3 months. Zero hassle. C/S is ok at the bank. C/S at broker/ISO is reasonably good. Bottom line. They pay out and there is a real person that answers the phone if I have a question.
They are hitting me at 5.75% and .25 per trans in USD.
I also have an account at Credi bank in Panama. You have to go through a broker/ISO there as well.
Hell... It is better than the EU options as far as I am concerned. And it's cheaper to fly there from the US.
If you ever have a chance. fly, drive or train to the bank that you process at and make friends. It makes a lot of difference if you need to leverage the relationship with your bank.
It's your money. Do what works for you.

Without commenting on the merits of GSPAY, you have to understand that they are a third party processor, which is a plus for some merchants but a negative for others.

Did you apply for your own MID? were you turned down?
