Does anyone know what happened to Donald with trunetworks.com? I have had a reseller account with him for several years and his service has always been excellent. I have been trying to contact him the past few days with no response. Any ideas? :confused:

Unfortunately I haven't heard of them before but it does seem like they've been around for a while and quite reputable. Are you trying to contact Donald specifically or are there others you could possibly contact within the company?

I think Donald is the only one there. I have tried to contact them via every method I know (listed on their website) with no reply. I guess I'll start searching for a new reseller account. :(

Their website/forum was last updated 6 months ago.
Maybe the owner has some other business to take care of.

... Just looked around their website and tried to contact them using Skype, Google Talk and ICQ - without success.
