I have a need for a template. She is a college student who is just looking to get her personal site on the Internet. Im just looking to get the basic layout from you and I would input the other information in later (text, images, etc).

The site will be called "Christina Eligwe - The Official Website". She would like the colors to be purple and an off white.

She really like this website: www.kellyrowlandonline.com Im not so much interested in getting the flash work done (unless you can do something like that as well).

Please let me know the price and turnaround time to have something like this completed.
