For domains registered at Network Solutions, you should use Host Manager at their website:

Hi,

Another alternative method would be via the "Service Agreement" link on their site if you do not have an account number login and password. But you must be the "admin" of the domain name where they will email you some forms to confirm the updated nameservers changes and you have to reply to them before it's updated.
