When trying to update installed wordpress installs, I get an error:

Could not prepare working directory: No such file or directory

When trying to upgrade them manually, I can do that.. but it doesnt register as upgraded in cpanel, so it keeps sending emails to upgrade.

How can I fix it so it will upgrade from the whm interface. Thanks.
