I found some sort of reseller of Public Domain Registry (PDR) called erDomain.com.
They have .com prices at $7.99 with free Private WHOIS.

However, when I go to search (Google and WHT) if there is anything good or bad about them, I find nothing. So I'm wondering if anyone has had any experiences with them.

Hmm, appears they are a reseller of Dotstrar and not PDR.

erDomain.com and Dotstrar look very similar.
