I am trying to create a account for my main domain and it says
"Sorry, that domain is already setup (remove it from httpd.conf?) "

I removed the entry from httpd.conf and restarted.

Still same problem coming. Any solution?

check the zone files for the domain to see if they are still there. Check /var/named/domain.com replace domain.com with the real domain.
