No offense but it looks like it would have a ton of security issues.

WHT ports all security releases into their older versions of software. They probably haven't upgraded that yet because of the customizations they've done to it :)

For instance, they just recently upgraded to vBulletin 3.8..they were using an older variant for the longest time and just ported over the security patches.

You have access to the vBulletin source and from what I understand source is encrypted on Kayako? I'd love to know how can you port security fixes on a product that you cannot touch the source code?
